Prosper Talent Management is an early-stage creator management business building the next generation of high-earning digital creators.
We’re looking for a self-sufficient social media operator to take full ownership of our social presence and scale it into something that looks established, credible, and results-driven.
You will be responsible for growing and managing our brand presence across:
- Instagram (primary)
- X / Twitter (primary)
- TikTok & Facebook (secondary)
This is not a posting-only role. You’ll be shaping how our brand looks, sounds, and is perceived by creators.
- Take over existing Instagram & X accounts and grow them strategically
- Improve brand positioning, credibility, and engagement
- Build social proof so outreach converts
- Operate independently with minimal oversight
- Track performance and iterate based on results
You:
- Have proven experience growing social accounts
- Are comfortable working fully independently
- Can make decisions without constant direction
- Understand brand positioning, not just posting
- Are focused on outcomes, not vanity metrics
