Title: Content Coordinator (Publishing + Backend + Automation Aware)
About the Role:
We’re hiring a Content Coordinator to support one of our active brands:
• PNB (Shopify / Ecommerce)
• CL (Media + Workflow) (UGC / Health & Wellness)
• CRL (Education + Digital Products + YouTube)
This is not just a scheduling role.
This role requires precision, follow-through, immediate communication when needed, proper escalation, and daily logging.
Brand placement depends on your skill set.
Core Responsibilities:
• Publish and schedule short-form content (TikTok, IG, Meta, YouTube Shorts)
• Coordinate editors to ensure brand standards are met
• Maintain tracking in Notion and Hubstaff
• Follow SOPs exactly
• Log work daily
• Escalate immediately if blocked
Brand-Specific Focus:
PNB (Ecommerce Focus)
• Work inside Shopify backend
• Manage AutoDS inventory sync
• Monitor fulfillment logic
• Review Make.com automations
• Ensure products are purchasable
CL (Media Ops Focus)(UGC Health & Wellness)
• Use Publer, ManyChat, Zapier
• Maintain content calendar accuracy
• Oversee inbound content flow
• Ensure delivery to marketing lanes
CRL (Education + Digital Focus)
• Manage article publishing
• Coordinate digital/e-product uploads
• Support YouTube publishing
• Maintain content libraries
• Follow structured publishing cycles
Required Skills:
• Experience publishing and scheduling content
• Comfortable working inside dashboards and backend systems
• Experience coordinating editors
• Strong Drive organization
• Familiar with tools such as:
Shopify, AutoDS, Publer, Zapier, Make, Notion, etc.
• Comfortable logging work daily in Hubstaff and Notion
• Clear, direct communicator
