The Group Ltd. is a Grand Cayman-based group of businesses spanning real estate development, media production, live events, and corporate services. Our portfolio includes Monster Media, Beach Living, and Capella Music Festival, among others.
We produce festivals, concerts, and live events and need content creators and video editors who can capture the energy of live events, build audiences across platforms, and deliver polished highlight reels fast.
This is not a role for someone still building their reel. We are looking for creators and editors with a proven track record of producing content that performs.
Responsibilities:
- Create high-impact short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook
- Produce content for festivals, concerts, and live events including on-the-ground capture and post-production
- Edit drone footage and integrate motion graphics where applicable
- Deliver event highlight reels on tight timelines
- Develop promotional video content that drives ticket sales, sponsorships, and audience engagement
- Collaborate with marketing and creative leads on content direction
Requirements:
- A strong, current portfolio of short-form video content that has performed well (portfolio links required -- applications without them will not be reviewed)
- Experience shooting and editing live event or festival content
- Proficiency in editing software such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar
- Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
- Experience with drone footage integration a plus
- Motion graphics capability a plus
- Must be available to travel to Grand Cayman for event coverage (travel expenses covered)
