Role Overview

This role is responsible for turning contractor interest into actual estimates. You will coordinate communication, send project details, and aggressively follow up to ensure contractors submit pricing on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Send plans, drawings, and “Sniper Sets” to contractors
• Follow up via email, SMS, and calls
• Push contractors to deliver estimates quickly
• Answer basic project questions or route them to the right person
• Track all communication and updates in the system
• Ensure no contractor goes cold or unresponsive

Required Skills

• Strong written and verbal English communication
• High level of organization and follow-up discipline
• Ability to manage multiple conversations at once
• Sense of urgency (fast responses, same-day follow-ups)
• Problem-solving mindset
• Bonus: Experience in coordination, customer support, or operations
