Engagement: Service Provider on Commercial Services Agreement
Provide data processing and customer operations support under a commercial services agreement. Operate as a legally registered business (DTI/SEC or equivalent) with BIR/Tax ID and the ability to issue invoices/official receipts. Fully remote; hourly or project-based depending on scope.
Scope (typical projects)
- Customer outreach, lead generation, and appointment setting
- Data processing, research, and quality checks
- Admin support, calendar/CRM updates, and report preparation
- Basic email/chat support and task coordination
- Other project-specific tasks aligned with agreed SLAs
Minimum requirements
- Active business registration and valid tax documentation
- Can issue official invoices/receipts for services rendered
- Reliable computer, headset, and high-speed internet (backup preferred)
- Strong written and spoken English; confident, professional communication
- Proven attention to detail; meets deadlines and quality targets
- Familiar with tools such as Google Workspace, Excel, CRM/telephony, and project trackers
Nice to have
- Experience in BPO/freelance service delivery or vendor roles
- Familiarity with QA processes, compliance basics, and data privacy practices
- Portfolio of relevant work or metrics (e.g., conversions, CSAT, accuracy)
Deliverables & performance
- Complete assigned tasks on time and to specification
- Maintain accurate records/logs; submit weekly progress updates
- Protect client data and follow documented processes
- Collaborate proactively with project leads to resolve blockers
