As an SEO Specialist, you will be responsible for researching, developing, implementing, and optimizing SEO strategies across our website and content ecosystem. You’ll help us rank for high-value keywords in Agile transformation, SAFe® training, innovation coaching, and enterprise consulting.
- Conduct comprehensive keyword research aligned with business goals and user intent
- Optimize website structure, metadata, page speed, and internal linking for SEO
- Create and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
- Collaborate with content and design teams to optimize new blog posts, landing pages, and training pages
- Run SEO audits using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or Google Search Console
- Resolve crawl errors, broken links, duplicate content, and indexing issues
- Improve mobile performance and Core Web Vitals
- Generate and manage XML sitemaps and robots.txt
- Provide SEO briefs for new blog posts and course pages
- Track SEO metrics: keyword rankings, domain authority, organic traffic, and bounce rates
- Prepare monthly reports with actionable insights
- Monitor competitor strategies and suggest keyword/content gaps
