We are looking for a skilled On-Page SEO Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of SEO agency experience and a proven track record of improving rankings for law firm websites. You should be passionate about SEO, up-to-date with the latest trends and algorithm updates, and capable of delivering real results through keyword research, content optimization, and technical audits.
Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct keyword research tailored to law firm websites
-Publish and optimize new content in WordPress
-Prepare on-page SEO suggestions to boost keyword rankings
-Send monthly content requirements for landing pages and blogs
-Identify trending blog topics that could drive organic traffic
-Execute assigned technical SEO tasks
-Track, report, and analyze website traffic, keyword rankings, and performance metrics
-Optimize existing and new landing pages
-Perform competitor research and present actionable insights
-Collaborate with developers to implement SEO best practices
-Recommend improvements to website architecture, internal linking, and content structure
Qualifications and Skills:
-Minimum 3 years of SEO agency experience (Law firm SEO experience is a HUGE plus)
-Deep understanding of SEO best practices for law firm websites
-Expertise in on-page optimization, content structuring, and internal/external linking
-Proficiency with WordPress and content publishing workflows
-Strong understanding of ranking factors, search engine algorithms, and Local SEO
-Familiarity with structured data/schema for law firms
-Hands-on experience with tools such as: Screaming Frog, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console
-Excellent research and analytical skills
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
