How This Role Actually Works
The work is repetitive and detail-oriented, requiring daily consistency.
You’ll spend your time doing four things:
- Build a daily outreach target list using backlink research data
- Find the right contact method (email or form)
- Send 1–3 message variations
- Track all activity in a spreadsheet so progress and status remain clear

What You'll Do (Daily)
- Use Ahrefs or similar tools to review backlink data and relevant websites
- Create a daily outreach target list with clean notes
- Find contact emails or contact forms for each site
- Send 1–3 outreach variations and log what was sent
- Track replies and outcomes clearly
- Follow up consistently on schedule
- Keep a simple spreadsheet that makes decisions easy.
You're a Good Fit If
- You keep clean records without being reminded
- You’re comfortable emailing strangers and following up
- You can summarize patterns like: “These 3 site types make up most opportunities”
- You naturally test low-effort options first:
- directories
- AI tool listing sites
- forums and comments (when appropriate)
- open publishing platforms

- You need constant supervision to stay on track
- You prefer slow, corporate-style work
- You avoid outreach or dislike follow-ups
- Your default solution is “let’s pay for it”

- Timezone: any, but you must overlap 3–4 hours with Singapore time
