We are looking for a Marketing Lead to join our dynamic team and spearhead our efforts to drive brand growth and customer engagement. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our audience and drive measurable results.
Core Hours & Benefits:
- Core Hours: Monday - Friday, 3pm- 11pm US Pacific Time
- Base Salary: PHP 60,000- PHP 80,000 monthly depending on experience
- Bonuses: Monthly and Annual Profit shares

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop, and execute diverse marketing strategies to drive sales and enhance brand visibility.
- Oversee and update the company website to ensure it aligns with branding and marketing objectives.
- Manage and optimize effective Google Ads campaigns to achieve targeted ROI.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to enhance organic search engine performance, setting goals based on click-through rates, traffic, and conversions.
- Build and manage a rich content/editorial calendar, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and other content that attracts and engages a qualified audience.
- Analyze marketing data, draw meaningful conclusions, and prepare monthly performance reports to inform strategic decisions.
- Strong experience in content creation, content strategies and SEO
- Strong technical writing skills
- Proven experience in Google Ads
- Experience with affiliate marketing
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies.
- Experience working with tech or start-up companies is a must
- Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creativity and a passion for staying ahead of marketing trends and innovations.
