We’re looking for a Senior Python Developer to join a small, focused team building and improving core systems at HireTal.
You’ll be working alongside 4 other developers, focusing on maintaining and improving existing systems, fixing bugs, and helping build out new features as the platform evolves. The role is hands-on and involves contributing across different parts of the product.
Requirements
5+ years of experience with Python
Strong experience building and maintaining production systems
Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team
Experience debugging, improving, and scaling existing codebases
Based in the United States
What you’ll do
Fix and improve ongoing issues across the platform
Build and ship new features
Work closely with a small team to improve system reliability and performance
