We are building next-generation Web3 products that connect decentralized finance, digital ownership, and real-world utility. Our team is focused on creating intuitive user experiences that make blockchain technology accessible to mainstream users.
We are looking for a talented Product Designer who can transform complex Web3 concepts into elegant, user-friendly products. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and leadership to design experiences that drive adoption and engagement across our ecosystem.
- Lead end-to-end product design for Web3 applications across desktop and mobile platforms.
- Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to define product requirements and user experiences.
- Simplify complex blockchain workflows including wallets, token transactions, staking, governance, NFT interactions, and DeFi features.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement.
- Design and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
- Translate business objectives and technical constraints into intuitive product experiences.
- Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders and leadership.
- Work closely with frontend developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.
- Continuously improve user journeys through experimentation, analytics, and user feedback.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
- Experience designing consumer-facing web and mobile applications.
- Strong portfolio showcasing product design process, problem-solving, and visual design skills.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.
- Experience creating design systems and scalable UI components.
- Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Experience designing Web3, blockchain, crypto, DeFi, NFT, or fintech products.
- Familiarity with wallet experiences such as MetaMask, WalletConnect, or embedded wallet solutions.
- Understanding of blockchain concepts including smart contracts, token standards, and decentralized applications (dApps).
- Experience working with data-heavy dashboards and financial products.
- Knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, React, or design-to-code workflows.
- Experience designing for multi-chain ecosystems and cross-platform applications.
