- Architect, launch, and relentlessly scale high-budget performance campaigns on Meta Ads or Google Ads.
- Continuously test and iterate new creative angles, ad copy frameworks, and hyper-targeted audience segments to drive down customer acquisition costs.
- Monitor daily campaign health, keeping a strict pulse on core performance metrics including CPA, CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion value.
- Deliver sharp, straightforward weekly reports with actionable insights to leadership, fueling data-backed scaling decisions.
- A proven, verifiable track record of successfully managing and scaling large ad spend accounts on Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads.
- Deep proficiency in tracking implementation, attribution models, funnel architecture, and deep data analytics.
