We are currently expanding our digital acquisition team with 20 positions in total (12 specialized in Meta Ads and 8 specialized in Google Ads). We are seeking experienced, hands-on Senior Media Buyers who possess deep technical expertise in campaign scaling, conversion rate optimization, and meticulous ROAS/CPA performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Continuously test new creative angles, ad copy variations, and audience segments to optimize acquisition costs and maximize return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Monitor campaign performance daily, focusing heavily on core metrics including CPA, CPL, CTR, and conversion rates.
- Deliver straightforward weekly reports and actionable insights to leadership to drive data-backed scaling decisions.
Minimum Qualifications & What You Must Bring:
- Proven, verifiable track record of managing and successfully scaling advertising accounts on Meta Ads Manager or Google Ads.
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics, funnel architecture, tracking implementation, and attribution models.
- Independent, self-driven work ethic with a strong analytical mindset and proactive communication skills.
