We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager Salesforce Delivery to lead enterprise-scale Salesforce delivery operations within a complex and fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on technical leadership role responsible for roadmap execution, platform stability, release governance, CI/CD operations, and modernization initiatives across Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud environments.

The ideal candidate will have deep Salesforce platform expertise combined with strong leadership capabilities. This role requires a technical leader who has grown within the Salesforce ecosystem and can effectively manage architecture, delivery execution, release engineering, and operational excellence while mentoring cross-functional technical teams.

The Senior Manager Salesforce Delivery will oversee developers, administrators, architects, and release engineers while ensuring high-quality delivery and platform reliability. The role focuses heavily on delivery governance, automation, CI/CD optimization, and enterprise integration management in a regulated business environment.

This position will collaborate closely with enterprise architecture, integration, identity management, and business leadership teams to support strategic CRM transformation initiatives and legacy system modernization.

The successful candidate must be comfortable operating in highly dynamic enterprise environments and possess the ability to balance technical depth with operational leadership.

  • Lead Salesforce roadmap planning and execution across Service Cloud and Experience Cloud platforms
  • Manage sprint delivery, backlog prioritization, and Agile execution processes
  • Govern CI/CD pipelines using Copado, Git, and automated deployment frameworks
  • Ensure platform stability, deployment reliability, and system performance optimization
  • Monitor and manage Salesforce platform health, including API limits and deployment governance
  • Provide technical leadership across Salesforce architecture, integrations, and enterprise solutions
  • Collaborate with enterprise architecture, identity management, and integration teams
  • Oversee Salesforce seasonal releases, release management activities, and environment strategies
  • Lead incident management, escalation handling, root cause analysis, and post-mortem reviews
  • Mentor and develop technical teams including developers, administrators, architects, and release engineers
  • Drive operational improvements and delivery process optimization initiatives
  • Support budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning activities
  • Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements
  • Contribute to CRM modernization and legacy platform replacement initiatives
  • 7+ years of technical leadership experience within software engineering environments
  • 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud experience
  • 2+ years of Salesforce Experience Cloud experience
  • Strong experience managing enterprise Salesforce delivery operations
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce metadata architecture and deployment strategies
  • Hands-on experience with source-driven development and automated testing frameworks
  • Proven experience with CI/CD tools such as Copado and Git
  • Experience operating within regulated or compliance-driven environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
  • Active Salesforce Certification required (Developer, Architect, or equivalent)
  • Ability to lead technical teams while remaining hands-on with architecture and delivery
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Experience with Salesforce AI capabilities and automation tools
  • Exposure to MuleSoft integrations and identity management platforms such as Okta or ADFS
