Your Mission:
For an international corporation, we are seeking an experienced Executive Search Recruiter to lead the end-to-end global search and pre-selection process for our future Global Chief Executive Officer (CEO). You will take full strategic ownership of the recruitment process – from market mapping to the presentation of the most qualified candidates.
Your Core Responsibilities:
- Conducting strategic, international direct search (active sourcing) for top-tier senior leadership talent for the Global CEO position.
- Developing, crafting, and targeted placement of the job advertisement.
- Comprehensive screening and profile evaluation of all incoming applications.
- Conducting professional initial and in-depth interviews.
- Organising, managing, and evaluating a structured assessment phase (including a multi-stage evaluation sequence over 7 days) for shortlisted candidates.
- Comparative performance analysis of candidates and preparation of a substantiated evaluation report.
- Presentation and final recommendation of the top 2-3 candidates to the decision-making body.
Your Profile:
- Proven, multi-year experience in international executive search, ideally with a focus on (General) Management / C-level placements.
- Highly structured, analytical, and results-driven working methodology.
- Confident and persuasive demeanour in interactions with senior executives.
- Demonstrated commitment to the utmost discretion, confidentiality, and data compliance.
Our Cooperation:
- This assignment will be conducted as a classic retained executive search mandate on a fixed-price (retainer) basis.
- You will assume full procedural and qualitative responsibility for the search, screening, assessment, and final recommendation.
