ABOUT THE ROLE
We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who thrives at the intersection of robust backend systems and polished frontend experiences. You'll be a core contributor to product architecture, drive technical decisions, and help shape how we integrate AI capabilities into everything we build.
You're someone who doesn't just keep up with the AI revolution — you actively experiment, adopt, and build with it.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- **Build. **Design, build, and maintain scalable full stack features across our web applications
- **Architect. **Architect clean, well-tested APIs and backend services using Python and Node.js
- **Own. **Own frontend experiences end-to-end with React / Next.js — from component design to deployment
- **Integrate. **Integrate AI agents, LLMs, and automation workflows into product features
- **Collaborate. **Collaborate with product, design, and data teams to translate ideas into shipped software
- **Champion. **Champion code quality through reviews, documentation, and engineering best practices
- **Explore. **Evaluate and adopt new technologies that move the team forward

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience with a full stack focus
- Expert-level JavaScript and TypeScript — you could teach a masterclass
- Strong Python skills for backend services, scripting, and ML/AI integrations
- Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs and GraphQL services
- Hands-on experience working with AI tools — LLM APIs, prompt engineering, agent frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar)
- Proficiency with React and at least one modern meta-framework (Next.js preferred)
- Solid understanding of databases — both relational (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/K8s)
- A healthy instinct to reach for the right tool — not necessarily the familiar one
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience building or deploying AI agents or RAG pipelines in production
- Familiarity with vector databases
- Background in platform engineering, developer tooling, or DevOps
- Open source contributions or a portfolio of side projects
- Experience in a fast-moving startup or scale-up environment
