Project Title: Profinders – Full Website Overhaul, Feature Repair & Admin Dashboard Development

Budget: Fixed Price: 1,000–3,000 (Complete project delivery)

Timeline: 4–6 Weeks

Payment Terms: 100% upon full, successful completion of all project requirements.

Who We Are

We are a web development company partnering with Profinders, an emerging platform with strong potential but a website that’s currently underperforming. We’re searching for a skilled, reliable developer to take full ownership of this project—diagnosing issues, fixing broken features, and rebuilding core systems.

This isn’t a patch job. It’s a complete restoration and enhancement. We need someone who enjoys turning a messy, inconsistent website into a polished, high-performing platform.

You’ll be the lead developer on this engagement, handling everything from front-end cleanup to backend admin architecture. If you’re a full-stack problem solver who takes pride in delivering flawless work, we’d like to hear from you.

Project Scope

Your primary responsibilities will include auditing the current site, correcting existing issues, and building out the following areas:

1. Front-End & UI/UX Overhaul

Image Restoration: Identify and replace all broken, pixelated, or blurry images across the site. Ensure all visuals are sharp, properly formatted, and correctly placed.

Layout Repair: Fix all content overlaps, broken spacing, and alignment issues. Restore a clean, professional structure on both desktop and mobile.

Design Consistency: Unify the visual language across every page of the user journey.

2. Membership & Authentication System Fixes

Full Repair: Diagnose and resolve all issues with user registration, login, password resets, and email verification.

Smooth User Flow: Ensure new users can sign up, log in, and access member-only areas without friction.

3. Core Feature Repair – “Book a Service”

End-to-End Functionality: Fully restore the “Book a Service” feature and any other broken workflows. This includes form submissions, calendar integration (if present), confirmations, and notifications.

4. Admin Panel Development (Major Component)

You will build two secure, role-based dashboards from the ground up:

Client Dashboard: A clean interface where users can manage profiles, view bookings, track service history, and update account details.

Super Admin Dashboard: A powerful backend with full platform oversight, including:

User/client management (CRUD)

Service and booking management (view, edit, cancel)

Content management (update site content)

Role-based access control and security

5. Final Polishing & Specific Fixes

A detailed list of granular changes has been documented and will be shared during our scoping call. These items will serve as your final punch list to ensure every detail is perfect.

Who You Are

You’re a highly capable full-stack developer who moves comfortably between front-end cleanup and backend architecture. You don’t just fix what’s broken—you make it better.

Proven Experience: You can share examples of similar projects where you took over a struggling platform and delivered a fully working, polished site.

Strong Technical Foundation: Deep proficiency in relevant technologies (please specify your stack when applying—e.g., HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, React, Node.js, Python/Django, or custom WordPress development).

Security & Database Expertise: You know how to structure user data securely and implement role-based access (client vs. super admin).

Detail-Oriented: You notice blurry images, misaligned layouts, and inconsistent spacing—and you fix them.

Self-Sufficient: You can take a list of symptoms, dig into the code, and solve root causes without constant direction.

Engagement Terms

This is a fixed-price contract with full payment released upon complete, satisfactory delivery of the entire project scope within the agreed 4–6 week timeline.
