Candidate must be currently based in Bangalore
- Senior Full Stack Developer and (2) Mid-level Full Stack Developers who will play a key role in driving growth across our fast-scaling e-commerce systems and operations. The Senior Developer will also assume Team Lead responsibilities, driving execution speed, mentoring mid-level developers, and ensuring smooth collaboration within a lean IT setup. You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment where clean, efficient code and reliable architecture power real-time decision-making across multiple e-commerce brands.
- Logistics & Requirements
- Location: Candidate must be currently based in Bangalore
- Work Schedule: Full-time commitment (40+ hours/week).
- Work Mode: Once the office in Bangalore is set up, the role is hybrid, requiring the employee to come to the office at least 2-3 days a week.
- Compensation: We are open to negotiating the hourly rate, dependent on the candidate’s skills and experience.
- Time Tracking: Candidates must use Hubstaff (https://hubstaff.com/) to track hours worked.
- You will have the freedom to work abroad with flexible schedules.
