Trigyn has a contractual opportunity for a Senior Cloud Computing Support. This resource will be working Remotely from Central European Time zone.

Job Description:

Provide expert leadership for the operations of client’s Azure infrastructure,

ensuring minimal disruption and full alignment with client policies and best practices.

  • Drive the design, implementation and optimization of Hybrid Cloud resource management, Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) deployment and DevOps workflows.

  • Lead the review and redesign of client’s Azure landing zone, ensuring optimized subscription and resource group hierarchies, network architecture, and identity and access management (IAM).

  • Manage access control and identity management (IAM) for Azure resources, ensuring proper role assignments and security policies.

  • Provide OS-level support for Windows and Linux virtual machines, including troubleshooting, performance optimization and system configuration.

  • Oversee certificate lifecycle management, including deployment, renewal and monitoring of SSL/TLS certificates.

  • Conduct Level 2/3 incident response, root-cause analyses and provide corrective guidance.

Qualifications

  • Experience: At least 5–7 years of hands-on experience as a Hybrid Cloud or DevOps/SRE Engineer, with deep knowledge of Microsoft Azure, virtualization technologies, storage and network architectures, identity management and Windows/Linux server administration.

  • Technical Skills: Expertise in implementing Infrastructure-as-Code, CI/CD pipelines, and backup/disaster recovery strategies.

  • Strong experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Active Directory infrastructure, including user and group management, conditional access policies, identity governance, and hybrid identity solutions (Azure AD Connect).

  • Proficiency in managing role-based access control (RBAC), privileged identity management (PIM), and multi-factor authentication (MFA).

  • Strong scripting/automation proficiency (PowerShell, Python). Proven ability to enforce security and compliance policies, manage certificate lifecycles, and perform OS-level administration and patching for Windows and Linux systems.

  • Certifications: Relevant industry certifications like Azure Solutions Architect Expert,

Azure DevOps Engineer or Azure Administrator certifications, or equivalent

qualifications.
