We’re hiring a commission-only Senior Business Manager based in Central Europe or the UK to help us expand into new markets. You understand service-led B2B sales, speak the client’s language, and know how to open doors at the right levels.

You’ll represent XC to senior leaders and founders across D2C, health tech, and digital-first companies.

• Identify and engage potential clients across the UK and Central Europe
• Pitch XC’s consulting services clearly and confidently to CXOs and senior decision-makers
• Understand client needs and match them to XC’s capabilities (CX strategy, process improvement, automation readiness)
• Own the full sales cycle—from outreach to closure
• Work closely with our core team in India for solutioning and onboarding
• Build long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals

• 5+ years in B2B or consulting sales
• Experience selling high-ticket services (CX, SaaS, ops consulting, digital transformation, or similar)
• Strong network in retail, D2C, wellness, healthcare, or eCommerce sectors
• Ability to work independently, communicate clearly, and stay accountable
• Comfort working on a commission-only model with performance-linked rewards

• High commission on every closed project (including recurring contracts)
