Our client is looking for a highly skilled Senior Architectural / Interior Designer with exceptional design taste and a strong understanding of luxury interiors and architecture. This role is ideal for a creative professional who can transform an initial concept into a complete, sophisticated design direction with minimal supervision.
This is not a basic drafting or rendering position. We need an independent designer who can make thoughtful design decisions, source real products, and bring high-end concepts to life using modern design tools and AI workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-end architectural and interior design concepts from initial ideas.
- Select and coordinate materials, stone, millwork, lighting, furniture, plumbing fixtures, hardware, and finishes.
- Manage FF&E selection and source real products from established brands.
- Research suitable materials, furniture, fixtures, and products for each project.
- Create professional design presentations and architectural visualizations.
- Make independent decisions on layouts, proportions, materials, and design details.
- Use AI tools for concept development, research, product sourcing, visualization, and problem-solving.
- Clearly communicate and justify design choices.
Required Qualifications:
- Exceptional design taste and experience in luxury residential, hospitality, or high-end commercial projects.
- Strong understanding of architecture, interior design, and spatial planning.
- Sophisticated design sensibility, particularly warm, minimal, and restrained aesthetics.
- Excellent knowledge of materials, furniture, lighting, fixtures, hardware, and FF&E.
- Ability to research and source actual products and brands.
- Strong visualization and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal direction.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools and the ability to demonstrate your actual AI-assisted design workflow.
