Data Migration Strategy:
Expertise in defining and executing data migration strategy for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud.
Strong knowledge of source-to-target mapping, data validation, and reconciliation processes.
ETL & Transformation:
Hands-on experience with SAP Data Services for ETL and transformation.
Ability to design and optimize data pipelines for large-scale migrations.
SAP Migration Tools:
Proficiency in SAP LTMC (Legacy Transfer Migration Cockpit) for loading master and transactional data.
Familiarity with migration templates, staging tables, and mapping rules.
Data Governance:
Understanding of data quality, cleansing, and compliance requirements for professional services firms.
Delivery Leadership:
Own the data conversion workstream for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementation.
Define migration approach, cutover strategy, and sequencing for master and transactional data.
Lead workshops with business and technical teams to validate mapping and transformation logic.
Execution & Oversight:
Manage ETL processes using SAP Data Services and ensure accurate data transformation.
Oversee LTMC execution for data load and troubleshoot migration errors.
Validate data quality and reconciliation post-load.
Governance & Stakeholder Management:
Maintain RAID logs, progress reports, and risk mitigation plans for data migration.
Collaborate with Finance and Engagement Management leads to ensure alignment on data scope.
