Service Summary

The Salesforce Technical Consultant bridges the gap between high-level stakeholder collaboration and hands-on technical execution, offering a unique opportunity to shape both immediate system performance and long-term platform strategy.

The primary focus is the stabilization and optimization of the current Salesforce environment—specifically through troubleshooting, functional enhancements, and the maintenance of data integrity—while simultaneously driving the roadmap for future platform evolution.

Service Deliverables

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into practical Salesforce solutions
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues through debugging and root cause analysis
  • Identify and fix data inconsistencies to maintain high data quality standards
  • Deliver enhancements using Salesforce declarative tools such as Flow, validation rules, and permissions
  • Contribute to light development work, including Apex and custom components where required
  • Support and maintain integrations across connected systems
  • Manage tasks and priorities using Jira or similar tools
  • Maintain clear documentation of solutions, issues, and technical insights

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a Salesforce-focused role (support, consulting, or analysis)
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
  • Confident communicator who can engage directly with stakeholders and translate business needs into technical outcomes
  • Ability to think beyond requirements and anticipate future needs
  • Solid experience with Salesforce declarative functionality, particularly Flow
  • Working knowledge of Apex and/or Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience with tools and platforms such as CI/CD solutions (e.g. Gearset), version control (e.g. GitHub), OmniStudio, JotForm, HubSpot, Slack, AWS S3, or Dialpad
  • Certifications
  • Salesforce Administrator certification (required)
  • Platform Developer I (PD1) or equivalent (preferred)
