Role Details

Location: Fully Remote

Commitment: Full-time (40 hours/week)

Tracking: Hubstaff (for transparency and workflow management)

Probation: 2-month probation period

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Researcher / SDR to support our sales efforts through targeted market research and lead generation activities.

  • Research and identify potential buyers, partners, and target companies.
  • Build and maintain prospect databases and lead lists.
  • Identify decision-makers and collect accurate contact information.
  • Research companies, industries, and buyer profiles using LinkedIn and other online sources.
  • Qualify prospects based on defined criteria.
  • Organize and document research findings in spreadsheets or CRM systems.
  • Support the sales team with market intelligence and account preparation.
  • Experience in B2B lead generation, prospect research, SDR, or business development support roles.
  • Strong online research and LinkedIn sourcing skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple research projects.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and spreadsheet tools.
  • Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Experience researching software, SaaS, e-commerce, technology, or digital services companies.
  • Understanding of B2B sales processes and lead qualification.
  • Previous experience supporting sales or business development teams.
