  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records and documentation within the company’s secure CRM system.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on industry trends and maintain a high standard of provincial/state compliance.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills with a focus on professional phone etiquette.
  • Independent Workflow: Proven ability to manage a flexible schedule and work autonomously in a home-office environment.
  • Technical Aptitude: Proficiency with virtual meeting tools (Zoom), CRM software, and basic spreadsheets.
