Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, experience in sales, and proficiency in both English and Spanish. The Sales Representative will collaborate closely with the prospect team to contribute to various initiatives focused on promoting our services and generating new leads.

Compensation:

  • Base salary ($300 - $350) + Commission
  • Total Estimated Compensation: approximately $550/month or higher (Base + Commission)

Working Hours:

  • This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week, as follows:
  • Monday to Friday: 9:30AM to 5:00PM (Chicago Time)
  • Saturday: 9:30AM to 3:00PM (Chicago Time)
  • Zoom meetings required during working hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies tailored to specific regions and target markets, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Make outbound sales calls to potential customers, introducing our services, qualifying leads, and scheduling appointments for the sales team to follow up and close deals.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by engaging in active listening, addressing their inquiries, and providing accurate, relevant information about our services.
  • Lead and support the development of lead generation campaigns, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure campaigns are effective and culturally relevant.
  • Track and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in marketing, sales, business administration, or a related field preferred, or minimum of 2 years in a sales field, preferably with a background in property management.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Strong motivation and a goal-oriented mindset to consistently meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a remote work environment.
