Commission-Only Sales Representative (Healthcare)

Role Summary
We’re seeking experienced, self-directed sales professionals to sell both a specialty-specific EHR platform and high-value physician practice services, including medical billing, revenue cycle management, virtual front desk, and operational support.
This is a consultative, outcome-driven role. You’ll engage practice owners, physicians, and administrators around real operational pain—denials, cash flow gaps, staffing strain, and administrative overload—and position services that materially improve revenue and efficiency.
Average annual deal size is ~$50,000, with billing services engagements exceeding $200,000 per year in some cases. Commissions are 20%, with individual deals producing $10,000–$40,000+ in commission. (Residuals: not offered now.)
This role is fully commission-based, with the opportunity to transition to a full-time position with base pay based on performance.

How dependent is success in this role on company-provided leads?
Company-provided leads are intended to help you get started and support ongoing pipeline development, but long-term success comes from a combination of company leads and your own prospecting. This role is designed for sellers who are comfortable building and managing their own pipeline with support—not relying solely on inbound volume.
How long is the sales cycle?
Typically several months, depending on practice size and service scope.
Will I have support during the sale?
Yes. SMEs and coordinated demos are provided.
When are commissions paid?
On closed and collected revenue, per the commission schedule.
