Position Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEM Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and closing new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth. An ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales within the digital marketing landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of RankPlan's services and value proposition.
  • Proactively prospect and generate leads through various channels (e.g., networking, cold outreach, referrals).
  • Conduct compelling sales presentations, highlighting the benefits of our SEM solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring alignment with client goals.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and drive renewals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest SEM trends and best practices.
  • Provide feedback to the team and help improve the service offering

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of proven sales experience in the marketing industry, with a strong emphasis on SEM.
  • A hunter mentality with a demonstrated ability to exceed sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
  • Strong understanding of the SEM landscape, including keyword research, paid search strategies, and analytics.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required, other languages like German or Swedish are a plus.
