We are a fast-growing, highly rated residential cleaning company seeking a motivated and personable Sales & Quoting Specialist to join our fully remote team.
You will play a key role in converting inbound leads to paying customers while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Please note: Completion of an assessment is required as part of the hiring process (see instructions below).
Position Purpose
To convert inbound leads into sales, provide accurate quotes to prospective clients, and deliver exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities
Sales
Provide quotes via phone and respond to quote requests from platforms including our website, MaidCentral, Yelp, Facebook/Instagram, Nextdoor, GoHighLevel, and others as needed.
Proactively follow up with and nurture leads via phone, email, and SMS to drive conversions.
Close sales — with a focus on converting leads into recurring customers.
Document client needs, requests, and expectations clearly in MaidCentral to set our cleaning teams up for success.
Notify the Scheduling Coordinator when time slots are booked.
Submit daily sales and activity reports to management.
Maintain and manage sales resources (SOPs).
Perform other duties as assigned.
Customer Service
Answer incoming phone calls by the second ring.
Deliver professional, friendly, and solution-oriented service to all prospective and current clients.
Ensure client satisfaction with all interactions.
Proactively suggest improvements to sales and service processes.
Results Expected / KPIs
Answer phone calls by second ring.
Send a minimum of 1.5 quotes per hour.
Respond to 100% of quote requests on the same day they are received.
Enter 100% of quotes and bookings accurately into MaidCentral.
Achieve a minimum 40% conversion rate on all sales leads.
Achieve a minimum 25% conversion rate on recurring service sales.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales goals for new recurring clients.
Maintain 100% customer satisfaction in service interactions.
Proactively contribute to process and system improvements.
Authority
Full discretion to turn down problematic jobs or customers as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of inside/inbound sales experience.
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills — professional, articulate, and friendly tone.
Proficient with computers, email, and CRM tools; able to type and correspond clearly and efficiently.
High-speed internet (DSL, Broadband, or Fiber-optic required).
Reliable computer (Mac preferred, but not required).
Comfortable working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.
