Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for Freelance Sales Agents / Prospectors to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to prospect and acquire new SME clients in your local country or region who are in need of a professional website redesign or creation.
- Identify and contact potential SME clients (business owners, decision-makers)
- Present our website services and explain the value we bring
- Follow up with leads, answer questions, and handle objections
- Close the deal and pass the client to our internal project team for website delivery
- Maintain clear communication with NovaStudio regarding leads and deals
- You are free to use your own prospecting methods (email, LinkedIn, phone, local network, etc.)
Required Skills & Experience
- Experience in B2B Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development (freelance or agency)
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to explain web services clearly and build trust with clients
- Self-motivated, autonomous, and results-driven
- Fluent in English or French (multilingual is a plus)
- Previous experience in selling web services is a strong advantage but not mandatory
Duration & Collaboration
This is an ongoing freelance partnership (long-term collaboration) based on the results you bring.
Compensation
- Commission-based only: You earn a commission for every client you bring in.
- Commission per project signed: 5% to 15% of the total sale amount.
- The more clients you bring, the more you earn—unlimited earning potential.
- No base salary or hourly rate (performance-based compensation model).
Remote Work & Preferred Location
- 100% Remote Work — you can prospect from your own country.
- We are open to candidates from Europe, North America, South America, Africa, and Asia.
- You will be prospecting businesses in your own region/country, where you have local market knowledge.
