🧑💼 About the Role
We’re hiring a graduate to fill a Entry-Level Sales Manager to support, coach, and lead a team of field agents in achieving their sales goals. This is a remote role with ongoing training, mentorship, and advancement opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting field agents with day-to-day operations and client consultations
Monitoring sales activity and tracking team performance
Helping design action plans to improve individual and team results
Leading meetings, training sessions, and check-ins over Zoom

Natural leadership and coaching ability
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Analytical mindset for reviewing performance metrics
Highly organized with excellent time management
Comfortable working in a virtual/remote team environment
Proficient with Zoom, Google Calendar, messaging apps, and Microsoft Office
Preferred but not required:
Experience in sales, customer service, or insurance
Bachelor's degree in business, sales, or a related field
