- Speak with OUTBOUND leads genuinely interested in our products.
- Guide customers through their buying decision with energy, confidence, and clarity.
- Handle calls, answer questions, and close with authority.
- Keep accurate records in the CRM and maintain an organized pipeline.
- Commit to 9 working hours/day (12-hour availability for scheduling), 6 days a week (EST).
- Experience in phone-based or online sales.
- Thrive on challenges and results.
- Bring positive energy and persistence to every call.
- Coachable, disciplined, and consistent.
- Passion for beauty, skincare, or personal care.
- $600 base pay OR 10–15% commission — whichever is higher.
- Top performers earn $2,000–$6,000+ per month.
