Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Virtual Assistants to join our team at Real Tours. This role is focused on social media engagement and sales outreach across all platforms where Real Tours has a presence (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).
As a VA, you will help manage accounts, interact with potential clients, and support our photographers and creative team by ensuring content is shared consistently. Your goal is to spark conversations, build relationships, and contribute to turning interactions into new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
•Manage and operate multiple Real Tours social media accounts daily across various platforms.
•Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients through direct messages, comments, and engagement activities.
•Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, nurturing conversations to build trust and generate leads.
•Post, schedule, and maintain content provided by our creative team to ensure accounts are active and engaging.
• Develop and follow daily outreach/interaction goals to ensure consistent engagement.
•Monitor account activity, track responses, and report outreach and engagement metrics regularly.
•Stay aligned with Real Tours’ voice and brand identity across all platforms.
•Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to refine strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
•Research trends and engagement practices on social media to suggest improvements.
•Support general administrative tasks related to social media coordination when needed.
•Conduct cold calling to potential leads, following scripts and engagement guidelines to introduce Real Tours’ services and book appointments.
Qualifications
•Experience in social media management, virtual assistance, or sales outreach is highly preferred.
•Strong written communication skills in English (professional, warm, and persuasive tone).
•Familiarity with major platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn (knowledge of scheduling tools a plus).
•Comfortable working with outreach targets, tracking results, and reporting progress.
•Highly organized, reliable, and proactive in completing daily tasks.
•Ability to juggle multiple accounts and maintain consistent quality.
•Comfortable with cold calling and confident in lead nurturing and conversion.
•A natural people person with a positive, upbeat attitude that shines through in every interaction.
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple client relationships.
