Position: Sales Development Representative (Basic Level)

Required Experience: At least 1 year B2B sales experience (International Account)

Schedule: 9am to 6pm EST (Full time)

Business Overview: The client develops applications focused on automating inventory posting to marketplaces for car dealerships with AI descriptions. The client operates in a B2B environment and seeks to improve sales operations.

Goal: To delegate sales operations, particularly cold calling and outreach, to effectively manage both development and sales aspects of the business.

Top 3 Key Specific Tasks VA will do:

1. Cold calling and outreach to potential clients

2. Appointment setting with leads and maintaining customer relations

3. Handling CRM and telemarketing tasks to support the full sales cycle

Software Tools and Websites Required:

4. Microsoft Teams for communication

5. LinkedIn, Google, Apollo for lead generation

6. A professional CRM system (specific CRM not mentioned, but VA will require login access)

Preference:

-Prefers female sales assistant

Qualifications:

• Graduate of any bachelor's degree or certificate course.

• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience and proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas and successfully manage customer relationships

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal (at least C1 level)

• Excellent phone, email, and instant messaging communication skills

• Solid organizational and time management skills

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Tech savvy & familiar with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services, CRM, and VoIP

• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g., MS Office)

• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g., Google Calendar)

• Proactive & confident with keen attention to details

• Able to work on a graveyard shift

Technical Requirements:

• Computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and at least 4GB RAM
