 Sales Development Representative (Remote, Full-time or Part-time).                                           

**** Work location   ** **                                                                 

 100% remote. You can work from anywhere in the world.                                                 

 Timezone

 Our team operates on Central European Time (CET, UTC+1, Paris). You should have at least 3 hours of overlap per day with our working hours (9:00–18:00

  CET).

**** Duration      **        **                                                          

 Ongoing position. 1-month paid trial period, then long-term contract for the right candidate.                             

** What you'll do**                                                                     

 - Identify and reach out to potential customers across multiple channels (LinkedIn, email, professional communities, content engagement).       

 - Run outreach sequences using our messaging playbook and our own tool (XP-ONE) for LinkedIn prospecting.

 - Send a short daily report (3–5 lines: actions taken, contacts reached, results).                                   

 - Maintain professional standards: no impersonation, no false claims, full compliance with platform Terms of Service and anti-spam laws (GDPR /    

 CAN-SPAM).

 - A tracked attribution link so every customer you bring is credited to you.                                      

** Compensation       **                                                               

 - Type: Hourly contract + performance bonus.                                                      

 - Base rate: $5/hr for coordination time (reporting, sync, admin), capped at ~20 hours/month.

 - Performance bonus: 30% of the recurring revenue you generate, paid monthly for up to 24 months per customer.                     

 - Example: 10 customers on a €30/month plan = base + €100/month recurring bonus.                                    

** Profile    **                                                                    

 - Working English (written + spoken).                                                         

 - Self-starter, comfortable with autonomous outreach.

 - Honest reporting — quality over volume.                                                       

 - Prior B2B sales / lead generation experience is a plus, not a requirement.
