We are looking for a relentless and articulate Outreach Specialist to join our sales team. You will be the "spear tip" of our company—the first person a potential client interacts with.
Your job is simple but not easy: Generate qualified appointments. You will use a multi-channel approach (LinkedIn, Instagram, Email, and Cold Calls) to engage leads and book them into our calendar using GoHighLevel.

- Multi-Channel Outreach: Execute high-volume cold outreach campaigns daily via LinkedIn, Instagram DMs, and Email.
- Pipeline Management: Manage all leads inside GoHighLevel (GHL). You must track where every lead is in the pipeline (Sent DM, Replied, Booked, No Show).
- Appointment Setting: Engage in conversations with prospects to qualify them and book a discovery call for our closers.
- Follow-Up Logic: You don't just send one message and quit. You manage long-term follow-up sequences to revive dead leads.
- Inbox Zero: Respond to all replies within
[5] minutes during your shift. Speed to lead is everything.
- Location: Must be a resident of South Africa.
- English Proficiency: Native/Bilingual Level is Non-Negotiable. You must have excellent grammar for emails and a clear, professional accent for voice notes/calls.
- CRM Experience: Previous experience using GoHighLevel (HighLevel) to manage pipelines and conversations.
- Tech Requirements (Critical): You must have a Backup Power Solution (Inverter/UPS) and Backup Internetto work through Load Shedding. (We will verify this).
- Experience: 1+ year in a pure Sales/SDR role (Cold Calling or Cold DMing).
- Thick Skin: You understand that "No" is part of the job. You don't get discouraged by rejection.
- Experience with automated outreach tools (Instantly.ai, Walaxy, Apollo).
- Experience sending "Loom" video audits to prospects.
- Previous experience working for US or UK-based agencies.
