About the Role:

We’re building a talent pool of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to support clients across various industries. You’ll focus on outbound prospecting, engaging decision-makers, and setting qualified appointments for the sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify target leads
  • Conduct outbound outreach (calls, email, LinkedIn)
  • Qualify prospects and set sales appointments
  • Track activities and update CRM records
  • Collaborate with sales on outreach strategies

Qualifications:

  • Experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or appointment setting
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Comfortable with cold calling and objections
  • CRM experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, https://seamless.ai/, etc.) is a plus
  • KPI-driven; BPO sales experience is an advantage
