YOUR ROLE:
- Receive leads and consult potential students/parents about the company’s courses (TeenCare).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students and provide support during their learning process.
- Identify and develop potential customers through various channels.
- Consult, introduce, and persuade leads to enroll in our programs.
- Provide after-sales customer service and resolve inquiries.
- Report results, conduct market analysis, and propose business solutions.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Language: Full fluency in Tagalog (Filipino) and Vietnamese. This is a cross-cultural role requiring high proficiency in both languages for market expansion.
- Education: College or University graduate.
- Experience: At least 1 year in sales, consulting, or the education sector.
- Skills: Excellent persuasion, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Traits: Hardworking, enthusiastic, and highly responsible.

WORKING HOURS:
- Monday to Friday.
- Two weekends per month as assigned.
- Shift: 08:30 - 12:00 | 13:30 - 18:00 (VN Time).
