Role Overview
We are looking for a remote Sales Closer to handle incoming travel inquiries and convert them into confirmed bookings. You will communicate with clients mainly through WhatsApp and Instagram, understand their needs, and guide them clearly through the booking process.
Responsibilities
• Handle inbound leads from WhatsApp and Instagram
• Understand client needs and present suitable travel packages
• Close deals professionally
• Follow up with clients until the booking is confirmed
• Coordinate with the internal team after the sale
• Maintain accurate client and sales records
Who You Are
• Experience in sales or customer service
• Strong closing ability
• Clear communicator
• Organized and consistent
• Comfortable working remotely
• English or Arabic speaking
