Role Overview:
We’re looking for a hungry, coachable self-starter who wants to grow into a sales closer. You’ll begin by scraping leads, managing outreach, and working inside our CRM systems — with the opportunity to learn how to close deals and earn commissions.
Responsibilities:
- Scrape and qualify local business leads (Google, social, directories)
- Input and manage leads inside Go High Level (CRM)
- Send cold emails, SMS, and follow-ups
- Call warm leads and book appointments
- Track conversations and update pipeline daily
- Learn and execute our sales script to close deals
Ideal Candidate:
- Hungry, competitive, and eager to learn sales
- Organized and comfortable with tech/CRM systems
- Strong written and verbal English
- Can handle rejection and stay consistent
- Wants long-term growth, not just a paycheck
Compensation:
- Base pay (entry-level)
