We're are a dynamic and growing e-commerce start-up that is looking for several full-time sales representatives to help us with our direct marketing needs.
Your responsibilities:
Learn about the furniture industry and provide great service to clients
Help clients choose the best products for them
Help company increase market share in the growing furniture e-commerce industry
Explain products or services and prices, and answer questions from clients
Maintain knowledge of the company's offerings
Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email and telephone in an efficient and effective manner
Your qualifications:
Have a strong sales background
Strong computer skills
Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communications skills
Should not have a foreign accent
A work style that is extremely detail oriented
Ability to work at least 40 hours per week, including weekends.
