Founded by Yolanda Popescu — former EY Manager, published author, and executive coach with 15+ years across EY, Bayer, Accenture, and Amazon — we work with VPs, directors, and high-performance cross-border teams.

We are looking for a driven Sales Associate to help us expand our client base and/or connect us with investors who believe in the future of elite leadership development.This is a commission-based role — your earnings are directly tied to your results, with uncapped potential.

What you'll do:

• Identify and reach out to potential corporate clients (HR leaders, L&D heads, C-suite) and/or investors aligned with the professional training and coaching space

• Pitch Sterling Ascend's coaching programs and book-based IP

• Close deals or facilitate warm introductions that convert to paid engagements or investment discussions
