Role Overview:

The Virtual Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and following up on leads, handling incoming calls, and ensuring seamless customer interactions. This role involves extensive use of Zoho CRM for lead tracking, pipeline management, and customer communication. Additionally, the role requires handling support tickets within Zoho Desk to address client inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer interactions using Zoho CRM, ensuring accurate data entry and timely follow-ups.
  • Handle support tickets in Zoho Desk, responding to client inquiries and escalating issues as needed.
  • Respond to incoming calls and follow up on leads generated from email campaigns.
  • Conduct high-volume email and phone outreach, targeting restaurant clientele and contractors in the Atlanta market.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, including managing challenging conversations with professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the sales and support teams to streamline Zoho CRM workflows, improve reporting, and optimize customer interactions.

Qualifications:

  • Zoho CRM & Zoho Desk Experience: Prior experience using Zoho CRM and Zoho Desk to manage leads and support tickets (or the ability to learn quickly).
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • Typing Proficiency: Minimum 60 WPM (typing test required).
  • Customer Service Experience: Preferred background working with restaurant clients or contractors.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to handle high call volumes and maintain a positive, professional demeanor.
