We’re a fast-moving LAND company seeking a persuasive, process-driven Closer to lock up profitable land deals and drive files to the finish line. If you’ve closed U.S. land or wholesaling deals for 2+ years, know how to price acreage, handle objections we want you.
What You’ll Do
Close Sellers: Run discovery, build rapport, present offers, handle objections, and secure signed PSAs (DocuSign).
Price & Offers: Review comps (sold/active/withdrawn) and align offer ranges to our buy box.
Deal Saves: Re-negotiate price/terms after due diligence, rescue stalled files, manage extensions, keep sellers engaged.
Contracts & Docs: Prepare/send agreements, Amendments, Assignments, addenda; confirm signatures and file hygiene.
Must-Have Qualifications
2+ years closing experience in U.S. real estate wholesaling or LAND (seller acquisitions/closing).
Proven negotiation & objection handling (timeline, price, other decision-makers, competing offers).
Comfortable discussing title/escrow, EMD, curative issues, double close vs assignment.
Strong English (spoken & written) and professional call etiquette; clear, concise follow-ups.
