What You Will Do:
- Plan, execute, scale, and optimize high-budget Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns targeting the AU/NZ market.
- Focus heavily on lead generation, conversion optimization, and hitting strict performance KPIs.
- Analyze data daily, manage scaling strategies, and continuously test ad creatives and audiences.
