RFP Specialist full time

Effectiff is looking for a full-time RFP Specialist with expertise in the translation & localization industry. The RFP Specialist is responsible for developing and managing proposal-related projects to increase the Company’s effectiveness at winning new business.  

Responsibilities

• Own the entire RFP and proposal processes
• Analyze sources and search for RFPs that match Effectiff capabilities and goals
• Build a robust understanding of clients’ differing needs and levels of sophistication across the team, as well as product-specific knowledge as needed, in order to tailor responses to the target audience
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all necessary resources are allocated to RFP projects
• Provide insight, leadership, and work guidance to freelance RFP writers
• Identify gaps in current RFP approach and propose new improvement ideas
• Maintain a database of all RFP projects and their outcomes for future reference
• Work to tight deadlines, ensuring that a 100% on-time response rate is achieved

An ideal candidate has:

• Experience in proposal writing with an established portfolio
• Bid writing experience within the Translation & Localization industry
• Strong understanding of the Federal procurement processes in the US
• Versed in reviewing RFPs and assessing the Company’s ability to be competitive
• Ability to research and draft proposal responses
