Jevons Property Management is a licensed, insured, residential property management firm located in the greater Seattle area of Washington State. We provide full service management for property owners of long term rental properties.
We are seeking to directly hire a full-time, permanent Property Manager.
Responsibilities include managing tenant and owner communications, coordinating maintenance, advertising vacant units, handling leasing, rent increases, and performing day-to-day property management tasks.
Pay: $10/hour
Location: 100% Remote
Hours: Full-time, Pacific Time (Seattle, WA time zone)
Languages: Fluent English and Spanish required
We use Hubstaff for time tracking and payroll through Payoneer and PayPal. We are hiring directly. We currently employ several other full-time, permanent, remote, staff members using Hubstaff.
