About the Role:
We are looking for a meticulous and proactive Online Auditor to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating employee performance and shop operations through our auditing software and CCTV systems. You will prepare detailed audit reports using standardized templates and ensure all assessments align with our company’s quality and compliance standards.
Rolls and Resposiblity:
- Conduct remote audits using company-provided software and tools
- Monitor CCTV footage from our retail locations to assess employee conduct and operational compliance
- Generate clear and accurate reports using the standard audit template
- Evaluate activities based on predefined company criteria and industry standards
- Identify areas for improvement and provide actionable recommendations
- Maintain confidentiality and data security in all auditing processes
- Follow-Up and Compliance Monitoring
- Monitor implementation of corrective actions remotely
- Conduct follow-up audits to ensure issues have been resolved
- Assist in updating policies and procedures based on audit outcomes
