Hey Entrepreneur  VA Community:

We are Verdira Acquisitions, an acquisitions firm actively working towards completing our first acquisition in the healthcare space.

We currently have a signed binding term sheet and Letter of Intent (LOI) from the seller, as well as a pre-commitment LOI from a successor doctor.

We're deep in the due diligence phase and expect another 3–5 months before completion.

Because acquisitions can be unpredictable, we never rely solely on a single deal.

We’re proactively building a robust pipeline of acquisition opportunities, primarily targeting financial services firms (Accounting, Bookkeeping, CFO services), with secondary interest in high-quality e-commerce businesses.

Ideal acquisition targets typically generate between $1 million and $3 million in annual revenue, with Seller's Discretionary Earnings (SDE) ranging from $250K up to $1.5 million.

We're seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant—open to candidates worldwide—who either has experience in, or is eager and capable of quickly learning, cold calling, deal sourcing, outreach management, and CRM administration.

You should have a genuine interest in mergers and acquisitions, acquisition entrepreneurship, business buying, or entrepreneurship in general.

You’ll support our executives by following our proprietary outreach Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and will play a key role in generating and qualifying acquisition leads.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct initial cold and warm outreach calls using provided scripts (no hard selling, conversational approach)
  2. Qualify and pre-screen potential acquisition leads.
  3. Accurately update and manage CRM data (call logs, lead tagging, pipeline management).
  4. Follow our proprietary SOP to manage follow-up emails, SMS, LinkedIn messages, and templated direct mail outreach.
  5. 5Schedule qualified meetings for executives using Calendly.
  6. Provide weekly progress reports and track outreach effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  1. Fluent or highly proficient in English (spoken and written) and experience working with the US population and culture.
  2. Experience in cold calling, deal sourcing, outreach, or similar role preferred—but not required if you're a quick learner.
  3. Strong conversational skills and phone etiquette.
  4. Genuine interest in mergers and acquisitions, acquisition entrepreneurship, or general entrepreneurship strongly desired.
  5. Comfortable with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) or able to quickly learn.
  6. Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  7. Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting.
  8. Reliable internet connection and availability during standard U.S. working hours (flexible scheduling within that range).

Hours:

20–30 hours per week, flexible scheduling within U.S. working hours.

Pay: $8 USD to $18 USD per hour.
