About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to lead our B2B social media efforts in the SAP solutions space. This role is ideal for a creative marketer with a strong analytical mindset, and experienced in crafting strategies that drive engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation in a professional services environment.

The Social Media Marketing Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to align social media strategies with our business objectives and ensure consistency in brand messaging. This is a hybrid role, with on-site work required in Lisle, IL, and remote flexibility on Wednesdays.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B social media strategy tailored to the SAP ecosystem, targeting key decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Manage and optimize all social media channels, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube, ensuring content aligns with brand and marketing goals.
  • Create, schedule, and monitor engaging content (e.g., posts, videos, and articles) to drive traffic, increase brand awareness, and generate leads.
  • Leverage data analytics tools to track campaign performance, audience engagement, and ROI; provide regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, sales, and marketing) to align social media campaigns with broader marketing initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and A/B testing.
  • Cultivate relationships with industry influencers and partners to amplify content reach.
  • Monitor and respond to audience engagement in a professional and timely manner.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in social media marketing, with a focus on B2B environments.
  • Proven success in managing campaigns in the SAP or technology solutions industry is a plus.
  • Skills:
  • Strong understanding of B2B marketing principles and buyer personas.
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
  • Exceptional content creation skills, with a keen eye for detail and storytelling.
  • Ability to interpret data and metrics to optimize campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management abilities, with a track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
